Prosperity Property Services Co.Ltd (PPS), established in 2000, is now a strong and professional property service provider with first-level national qualification. As a member of AnZhi (Hong Kong) International Institution, and strategic partner with Fujian Rongxin Group and Shandong Rongchen Real Estate Company, PPS is both executive member unit of China Property Management Institute (CPMI) and vice-chairman unit of Fujian Property Management Association (FPMA).
