Through over 10 years’ hard working, PPS has now enjoyed a high reputation of first-class management and credit, and our business scale has developed from one building at beginning, to more than 50 programmes covering a variety of property types, including city complex, government office buildings, manor worth hundreds of millions, large residential community of one million square metres, provincial branch of the state-owned commercial bank, provincial hospital, colleges and universities, nuclear power plant and so on. Our services have streched from Fujian Province to Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong and other places. As a member of AnZhi(Hong Kong) International Institution, PPS is now a state-level property service provider, strategic partner of Fujian RongXin Group, Shandong RongChen Real Estate Company and Jiangsu Joemo Yuncheng Investment Corporation. Moreover, the company has become executive member unit of China Property Management Institute (CPMI), as well as vice-chairman unit of Fujian Property Management Association (FPMA). By 2012, the staff had exceeded 1400 people, the area under management surpassed 3,3 million square meters, and the annual turnover with concerned companies topped 90 million.
       Our company has win the natinonal-level qualification, yet we keep in mind that “Thrive in calamity and perish in soft living”. Just like rowing upstream, if we could not advance we are bound to drop back. Compared with our foreign leading counterparts, or even other peers who are specialized in some areas, we have to remain modest and strive to catch up with them. Influenced by the open-minded and inclusive culture of Fuzhou City, we have made up a development strategy to move toward Shanghai and other important cities in eastern China while laying a solid basis in Fujian Province.We seek to realize organizational transformation and management innovation in the fierce cross-region market competition.
